Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from SecurePay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via your chosen delivery methods.

All deliveries are made between 9 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday by KINP’s chosen couriers. For orders placed before 4.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:

  • 3-5 working days for standard delivery to a capital city in any State;
  • 7-14 working days for standard delivery to most large regional towns and other remote locations.

However, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. During peak periods (Easter, Christmas or other Public Holiday events), the delivery may take up to 14 working days.

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia. We require a street address for delivery. Some remote locations cannot be serviced. However KINP carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products. Please contact our Customer Service at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for delivery locations close to you. Please note that KINP does not delivery honey to Western Australia. For international customers please contact us prior placing the order.

The products will deliver to your requested location wherever possible. Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays. At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition. Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgment will be obtained by the courier from your representative. Please note that the courier is under strict instructions to only deliver and obtain delivery confirmation from you personally unless you agree to other arrangements with KINP.

Shipping Rates

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. As an indication of delivery costs, please find some examples below:

Standard parcels weight less than 1kg – $8 per order to most addresses in capital city in Australia. Standard parcels weight between 1kg – 5kg - $12 per order to most addresses in capital city in Australia.

Shipping to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Poste Restante is charged at $13.50 per up to 3kg.

Free standard delivery to most addresses in capital city for orders over $100. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the delivery charges

on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment. If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the item into your shopping bag and displayed at the bottom is your estimated delivery charge. For remote areas, express national postage and international rate; please inquire prior placing your order.

Acceptance of delivery

Delivery must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by KINP to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately KINP and its couriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend you to nominate a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, couriers will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by KINP if re-delivery is required. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.
